Return of sold product by customer due to manufacturing defect within 45 days from the date of invoice shall be accepted without any charges except transportation charges which shall be bear by customer.
Return of sold product by customer due to manufacturing defect after 45 days, 10% of the invoice value plus transportation charges shall be bear by the customer.
Products returned within 30 day from the date of expiry, 30% of total invoice amount and transportation charges shall be bear by the customer else such return will not be accepted. The returnable amount against returned goods, shall be adjusted against the successive order of the then prevailing available products and its rates.
The return product shall reach to the address where company will ask to send without any wear and tear by any means, otherwise no amount shall be adjusted against those defective products due to transportation or any other reason.
Products sold under any scheme shall not be return by customer by any means. In case of packaging defect same shall be replaced within 15 days from the date of invoice.
The company shall reserve the rights to add, modify, delete any policy without any prior notice to the customer.
Credit Policy:
Credit sales to be made against interest charges at the rate of 0.1% interest per day after the due date.
For credit sale, Customers must submit GST registration, Trade License, Current Bank Account, Aadhar Card, PAN, Cancelled Cheque and Security amount through DD/ Banker Cheque.
Customer will be able to place order upto 90% of security amount and rest 10% shall be refund on termination of this contract without any interest.
